Manchester City recorded a thumping 5-0 win against Sunderland to cement their place in the top 4 of the English Premier League. In all five different scorers for City who are now looking to record a historic qualification in the 2011/2012 installment of the UEFA Champions League.

Sunderland remain 12th on 38 points, six points clear of relegation.
