Nani calling Mourinho or Mourinho calling Nani?

Manchester United and Portugese winger Nani has stated his desire to play under Jose Mourinho. The comments have led to speculation that perhaps Nani is not happy at Manchester United and is looking to move to Madrid under the guidance of manager Jose Mourinho.

Sources claim that Nani's happiness took a hit at the club after being omitted from the starting lineup to face Barcelona in the Champions League final. The number 17 said that "it left a sour taste" in his mouth, esepcially after such a great season. The 24 year old scored a host of goals in the Premier League, bagging a number of assists including the spectacular ball which saw Rooney finish with a bicycle.

However United supporters would take a very different approach to such speculation, claiming that it's Nani's desire to have Mourinho at United, rather than the winger's want to ove overseas. With Sir Alex's dynasty slowly coming to an end, the average football fan will be asking who will be worthy to fill his position. With Jose Mourinho making it clear that he would love to coach in Manchester, Nani's desire may just be a calling to Jose after all.

With Ashley Young moving into the limelight, Nani may just indeed be on the way out. Juventus have also come calling in the recent weeks, but a lack of European football would most likely see the United winger shun the Turin Giants

Mourinho meltdown, could get him introuble with UEFA!

After Madrid's loss to Barcelona at the Bernabau in the Champions League Final, Jose Mourinho has once again found himself in hotwater. The master tactician has caused a stir with comments he made about the match in the post-game press conference.

During the rant Mourinho went on to talk about the unfair reffing decisions he believes he was on the end of. He was obviously referring to the Pepe sending off and even the sending off of he himself after the incident. However amongst these things Mourinho claimed that if Barcelona win the Champions League they will do so knowing that they cheated to reach the final. These comments have Barcelona outraged and talk has been that the Catalan giants are close to reporting Mourinho to UEFA.

The consequences could be devestating for Mourinho, with talks of extended match bans, monetary fines both to club and individual, as well as an overall bad reputation for Madrid, who look to be out after the 2-0 loss.

The fate of Mourinho wil be decided in the next few days.

Could Ronaldo be on the move....... again?

He's won next to nearly everything a top level player could want (except a World Cup), but Ronaldo still wants more. This time its Milan calling the 80 million dollar man. With Silvio Berlusconi stating that he would love to have Ronaldo at Milan, and considering the number of stars that the Rossoneri have lured to Milan, Ronaldo would not seem out of place.

The Portugese attacker has certainly made his mark at Madrid scoring 54 goals in 57 appearances. But Madrid would be very reluctant to let go, especially if Los Blancos are not delivered a Champions League title this year, or a La Liga title for that matter.

In the summer Milan had completed a move for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but his time could be up at the end of this season, since he was only secured on a loan deal. This could make way for Ronaldo who could easily slot into his position.

Ronaldo has stated that he is very much at home in Madrid and enjoys playing in the La Liga. Coach Jose Mourinho was quoted midweek as saying "if Ronaldo moves, I will move too, but not with him". Mourinho was linked with a return to Inter but these claims were quickly rubbished.

Madrid sit second on the table, far adrift from Barcelona who look to have secured the La Liga. Their focus is on the Champions League where they are ever so close to qualifying for the Semi Finals, which would set up a historic clash with Barcelona.
